Subject to these Terms, PAR level grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PAR level.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Certain Services may require payment pursuant to a separate agreement, order form, or written arrangement. You agree to pay all applicable fees as agreed. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
The Services and all related content, including software, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by PAR level or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any information you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We provide links for convenience but do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAR level disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAR level will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, PAR level’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to PAR level in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If no fees have been paid, liability will be limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAR level and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
