How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To report claimed copyright infringement, submit written notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. Identification of the material alleged to infringe, with exact URLs.
3. Contact information for the complaining party (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the relevant party.

Counter-Notices

If material is removed, the affected user may submit a counter-notice per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. This policy is governed by Wyoming and U.S. federal law. Updates will be posted here.
